It has rolled out 6 paisa cashback for making all voice calls for its wireline, broadband and FTTH customers for all over India.

Director CFA, BSNL said that customers are seeking quality services for voice and data. We want to customers engage more with our upgraded Next Generation Network, experience and the quality of voice call.

25% Cashback Scheme offer Already in process:

Details

1. When BSNL Broadband customer using to internet connection through BSNL Broadband connection, is presented with an information banner on the PC / mobile screen to get informing about the 25% Cashback Scheme.

2. Customer can agree / disagree to subscribe to the cashback scheme.

3. When once Customer could agrees to subscribe to this scheme, than it will following process of taking customer consent for online ordering is presented to the customer.

i.e. please enter your Service ID (Landline or FTTH broadband Number) also use along with CAPTCHA.

Some Terms and Conditions for 25% Cashback scheme

1. This Cashback is valid only on annual plans billing.

2. Coustomer can change the new plan only once in a month.

3. If coustomer have existing plan change request is already in progress,than new request will not be created.

4. Cashback will be given as credit to customer account in which annual plan is billed, is paid by the customer.

5. This cashback amount can be used by customer for availing more services from BSNL or payment of future bills.

6. If customer has changes plan to lower rental plan or disconnects the connection before tenure of rental option, then a debit with an equivalent amount as of Cash back will be posted.
