BSNL 3G to 4G Activation Process
Step1
You should buy the 4G SIM card through your nearest BSNL customer service centre or BSNL channel partner/franchisee store in your location. Now days the new SIM may generally get for free as part of BSNL’s 4G promotional campaign if any. Otherwise you can get the new SIM cost around rupees 20.
Note:- You can make sure that you check whether BSNL 4G VoLTE services are provided in your area by BSNL.
Step2
After receive NEW BSNL 4G card you should note with 19-digit SIM number in back side of SIM exp.1234567891234567891.
Step3
Open the messaging app on your phone and type in the message in this format 4G space SIM space YES send to 53734 through your existing/old BSNL SIM card.
Example: - Type in the text message in this format:
4G space SIM space YES Send to 53734
After you have sent the text message, you will shortly receive a notification.
Then type text massage again
4G space 1 Send to 53734
(From your existing old SIM BSNL number)
You receive a new text massage with OTP
Step4
After you have receive a new text massage with OTP notification. Then you reply with ‘RE4G space new 4G SIM 19 digit no. space 60’ send to 53734 number.
Note:- Before send text massage you also cross verify the new 4G SIM card 19 digit number mentioned in the given text message is correct.
After the completion of all above steps, you will receive another text message stating that your request for 4G SIM swap has been registered successfully.
All steps should be done.
Now, you should wait for disappear the network signal on your old SIM card automatically.
Once network signal disconnected, you can replace the old SIM with new your new BSNL 4G SIM card.
