How to Activate BSNL International Roaming and Deactivate International Roaming
How to Activate BSNL International Roaming:-
Before you reach BSNL Customer Care Centre you have two self attested photograph and a copy of passport than you fill up a service request form along with all documents. You can pay one time security deposit of INR 5000 /- (it is refundable) in addition INR 99 /- per month will be charged to the international roaming usage.
How to Deactivate BSNL International Roaming:-
For deactivation of International Roaming Service please call BSNL customer care number 1503 (toll free) either Visit nearest BSNL Customer Care Centre. And say about deactivate to you International Roaming facility.
Note: If you visit abroad frequently so please don’t ask for deactivation because you could face again activation process.
How to Refund of Security Deposit
Please visit the nearest BSNL Customer Care Centre and given for the application refund of Security Deposit. It will be adjusted in the prospective bills.
